Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 12/16/2025

Hi there! Welcome to mwadpceu.com.

We are so glad you’re here to sharpen your skills and knock out those Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Before you dive into our courses, we need to go over the “rules of the road.”

These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you (the user) and Midwest ADP, Inc. (that’s us, the folks behind this website). By creating an account or purchasing a course, you’re agreeing to everything listed below.

  1. 1. Who We Are

We are Midwest ADP, Inc., a Missouri corporation. You might know us from our SATOP and court services work in the Kansas City area. However, mwadpceu.com is our dedicated platform for professional education.

  2. 2. Not Clinical Supervision or Advice

This is a big one, so we’re putting it up top. While we are a substance use treatment provider in our day jobs, this website is strictly for educational purposes.

Taking these courses does not establish a clinical supervisor/supervisee relationship between you and Midwest ADP staff.

The content in our courses is for professional development and does not constitute medical, legal, or clinical advice for specific client cases.

  3. 3. CEU Credits & Accreditation

Our goal is to help you maintain your credentials with ease. We design our courses to meet the standards set by the Missouri Credentialing Board (MCB) and other relevant bodies. We’re approved beginning 1/1/2026 by the Missouri Credentialing Board (Provider #206).

Your Responsibility: While we ensure our content is top-notch, you are responsible for verifying that a specific course meets the requirements for your particular credential level (e.g., CADC, CRADC, MAADC) or state board.

Certificates: Upon successful completion of a course and passing the quiz, you will be issued a certificate. Please ensure your name is spelled correctly on the test page, as that is exactly how it will appear on your official documentation.

  4. 4. Accounts & Security

To access your courses, you’ll need to create an account.

Keep it Secret: Please don’t share your login details. If your colleague wants to take the course, they need their own account (and their own certificate!). Our system is set up to only issue one certificate per course, per account per year, so your colleagues won’t be able to generate CEU certificates with your account.

Real Info Only: Please use your legal name and accurate email address so we can ensure your credit is properly recorded.

  5. 5. Payments & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your learning experience.

Pricing: Prices are listed clearly on our homepage. One price for all you can eat CEUs during your subscription period (usually one year).

Refunds: If you purchase access and realize it’s not what you needed, or if you have a technical issue that prevents you from completing it, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. If you haven’t completed the course and generated a certificate yet, we are generally happy to issue a full refund or exchange.

  6. 6. Intellectual Property (Don’t Steal Our Stuff)

We work hard to create original, high-quality content for you.

All source materials are either public domain or cited in the course description. If you need to purchase additional materials to take a course, those will be listed in the course description. Test materials—the actual content of the questions—are owned/copyrighted by Midwest ADP, Inc.

You Can: Download materials for your personal study and professional reference.

You Cannot: Copy, distribute, resell, or post our materials on other websites.

  7. 7. Technology & Glitches

We try our best to keep the site running 24/7, but sometimes the internet has a bad day. We aren’t responsible for temporary outages or technical glitches, but we promise to fix them as fast as we can. If you get stuck in the middle of a quiz, just email us using our Contact Us button at the bottom of the page.

  8. 8. Limitation of Liability

We’re here to help you learn, but we can’t be responsible for how you use that knowledge. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midwest ADP, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.

  9. 9. Missouri Law Applies

Since we call the Show-Me State home, these terms are governed by the laws of Missouri. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Jackson County, Missouri.

  10. 10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally as we grow. If we make big changes, we’ll post a notice here. Continued use of the site means you’re cool with the new terms.
